This policy describes the marketing website at bitskout.cloud as implemented today. It does not describe a future monitoring service as though that service were already operating.
The access and contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, request type, monitoring objective, optional marketing choice, submission time, status, and a generated reference. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information. The site does not offer uploads, accounts, payments, or subscription checkout.
We use submissions to review early-access fit, respond through future configured contact operations, plan a possible pilot, process privacy requests, prevent abuse, and—only when separately selected—send occasional product updates. Marketing choice is optional and is not required to contact us.
Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database attached to this hosted Site. They are not exposed through a public read endpoint. Authorized BitSkout site operators can access them through private administration tooling. Basic hosting logs may process IP address, request time, route, browser information, and error details for security and reliability.
This implementation does not add analytics, advertising cookies, external embeds, localStorage, or sessionStorage. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary mechanisms for delivery or owner-only preview access. Because the site does not load optional cookies, it does not show a decorative consent banner.
Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell form submissions or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting and administration may process data in more than one country; this policy does not promise a specific data-residency location.
There is currently no automated fixed deletion schedule. Submissions are retained while reasonably needed to evaluate or administer the request and maintain the field log, then may be removed through private administration. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the form by choosing “Privacy request.” Requests are reviewed manually and may require identity verification.
A future BitSkout service may monitor public sources and, only under an agreed pilot, connect approved business context. Its source rights, credentials, retention, integration permissions, model processing, and delivery terms would be documented separately before collection. This marketing site does not currently collect third-party monitoring content on a visitor’s behalf.
Use the privacy-request option on the Contact page. We do not publish an unverified email address, business address, privacy officer, or jurisdiction. This policy is an implementation disclosure, not a claim of compliance in every jurisdiction.
