BitSkout is intended for legitimate monitoring of public sources and properly authorized business context. A visitor cannot grant rights they do not hold.
Define lawful commercial, market, product, research, or risk objectives; monitor public or expressly authorized sources; review evidence with appropriate human judgment; and comply with source terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy duties, contracts, and applicable law.
Do not request unauthorized access, credential theft, evasion of paywalls or access controls, malware, harassment, stalking, discriminatory profiling, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, high-impact decisions without required review, or collection and redistribution of content without rights.
Public availability does not mean unrestricted reuse. A future pilot must respect robots directives where applicable, technical limits, contractual restrictions, attribution duties, and third-party content rights. We will not promise access to every site.
Users remain responsible for validating findings, respecting the rights of affected people and organizations, and authorizing any resulting action. BitSkout intelligence would inform decisions; it would not independently bind a business or authorize contact, testing, purchasing, or publication.
